"Kind of state farm as a whole. I moved across country and found out state farm in previous state never cancelled anything. After a year telling them I no longer live there I get a check for backpay. Leads to this state farm. I cancel a renters policy they said they put in request and 8 months later policy is still there. I call them again and I get oh idk what happened but never went through. I have state farm for cars and home insurance and let them know I bought a house and cancel renters. Yes I should've checked sooner. I call week later to ask and oh well it's through the system. But rest assured this time we will follow up. Talking more they followed up 8 months prior so I just get charged. But it takes another week for someone else to cancel it. So I don't think they actually cancel anything. Suppose to get check again from state farm because overpaid. Basically they try get you to overpay and hope you forget since their agents can't really cancel or approve anything.
Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Think it's time to get actual service."
